Each month, TC will be featuring a Tamil Blogger, Vlogger or Instagrammer from around the world!

This month we’re featuring Len Theivendra, an avid traveler who has to date visited more than 50 countries across 6 continents. Along with a friend, Len decided to do something about his passions for travel and photography by launching a blog -Fly See Stay - which aims to curate their diversity of experiences from around the globe.

Len was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka and spent his childhood in Colombo before emigrating to Toronto in 1984 where he currently works in the software industry as a senior engineer.

On the crest of a giant sand dune with the Bedouin, plotting a path back to camp at sundown in Jordan’s Wadi Rum desert. More about Len‘s adventure in Wadi Rum here.

Cape Town’s iconic Table Mountain looms large on the horizon, as the South African spring is in full bloom. Read more aboutLen‘s experience in his second favorite place on earth from a trip that included more vistas, ostrich rides, and impromptu street celebrations here.

An old man on the streets of Istanbul who kept peering up at a balcony of an abandoned old building, oblivious to those around him. According to nearby vendors, his love of old lived here. Whether that story was true or not, it made for one of many interesting street portraits seen in Len‘s photo essay here
